CAD AND DATA TRANSFER

The machine shop is supported by a Control Centre with 2 seats of Pro-Engineer and an Edgecam 3D Off-Line programming facility. The CNC Milling Machines are all connected to a PC with Ez-Mill programming software.

The Technical Support Department has facilities for accessing all file formats via a high speed internet connection.

The Jig and Fixture Design Department is supported by an AutoCAD 2D/3D Facility.

BENCH FITTING

Our comprehensive machining facility is supported by a dedicated fitting bay with 3 tonne cranage and our own transport (2 vehicles). The Fitting Department has the capacity to manufacture, service, and repair tools up to 3 tonne on a quick turnaround basis.
