What types of Milling can you achieve?
We can achieve Vertical Milling with 3, 4 & 5 axis capabilities.
 
What machines do you have for Milling?
EDS has x 3 Bridgeport Series 1 machines for manual vertical milling
CNC Milling is covered by x 1 Hermle C20 5 Axis M/C Centre with 17 other machines ranging from the Bridgeport series 2 Interact 4 through the Bridgeport machining centre range of: 560, 600, 720, 760/20, 800 and 1000/20 and 2 Mazak Nexus 510C’s several machines have a 4th Axis Rotary Table.
 
What materials can you Mill?
Tool Steels, Stainless steels, Aerospace alloys, plastics, Copper, Brass, Wood, MDF, and most exotic materials.
